The Christian Lindberg International Solo Competition for Brass and Percussion is a non-profit international initiative dedicated to the next generation of outstanding brass and percussion soloists. This edition will take place from 13 to 19 September 2027.

The competition is hosted at the Royal Academy of Music Aarhus, located in Aarhus, Denmark, providing a unique platform where young musicians engage directly with both professional orchestral environments and higher music education at the highest level.

Led artistically by Christian Lindberg, one of the most internationally renowned figures in the classical music world, the competition reflects a shared vision of artistic integrity, innovation, and international collaboration.

By connecting performance, education, and professional development, the competition aims to support and inspire the next generation of international soloists.
