Arabenne Art Events
Arabenne Art Events is a stakeholder of the Christian Lindberg International Solo Competition for Brass and Percussion.
Arabenne Art Events was founded in 2014 by Christian Lindberg, Per Egland, and Julianna Tarrodi-Lindberg. The initiative was a bold one from Lindberg, who felt constrained by the traditional system of international concert agencies and decided to forge his own path, taking control of his career artistically, logistically, and financially. The first engagement was negotiated in February 2014 — a series of concerts performing Luciano Berio's Solo with Zubin Mehta and the Bayerisches Staatsorchester. Since then, Lindberg's career has soared across all three capacities, and in 2026 he is celebrating 12 years as a fully independent artist.
Arabenne Art Events has the following local partners, whom Lindberg greatly enjoys collaborating with and who have been supporting his career since the early nineties: Beatrice Altobelli, Conciertos Vittoria, Mark Stephan Buhl / Mark Stephan Buhl Artist Management, and Genroh Hara / Pro Arte Musicae Japan. Arabenne Art Events generously donates the major part of the prize money for this competition.
